Community Living-Outreach Supports:
We are able to provide support to individuals residing in their own homes, apartments, or dorm rooms. In addition to the support plan, outreach clients are also able to participate in:
* Outreach dinner program
* SBS Adventures programs and activities (make a link?)
* SBS Works programs
* SBS Counseling
* Emergency on-call services
