| Morgan has known ever since she was young that she wanted to pursue a career in helping others. Born and raised in a small town in Connecticut, Morgan came to Massachusetts to attend Assumption College in 2005. Upon graduating in 2009 with a B.A. in Human Services and Social Rehabilitation, Morgan moved to Boston to pursue her dream of living and working in the city. Prior to coming to Side by Side, Morgan spent a year as a nanny, followed by six months of volunteer work at four separate agencies around Boston; The Women's Shelter, Mass Adoption Resource Exchange, Horizons for Homeless Kids, and Pregnancy Help. Through volunteering, Morgan has expressed the significance of the invaluable experience she gained while working with a wide range of clientele. It helped her to grow and mature as an individual, and hone in on skills as a human services worker. Morgan is a full time case manager at Side By Side, and contributes her every day to helping her clients. |
