SideBySide LIVING SBS Living provides the necessary support to allow individuals with disabilities to become contributing and fulfilled members of their communities. We provide direct therapeutic supports in natural community environments, such as the person’s home, the bank, and the supermarket. The type and level of support is adjusted to meet each person’s need in their home environment. All clients and families have access to a 24-hour on-call paging system in the event of an emergency. The SBS clinical team works with the client and family to create a support plan that encompasses: * Financial management *Medication management * Daily living task completion * Self-care routines * Attendance to important appointments and activities |  |
