Side By Side Wellness
A truly unique service that SBS offers is our Wellness Program. Physical exercise and healthy eating are important components to a healthy, balanced mind and lifestyle. Clients in this program attend a local health club together several times per week with a staff facilitator, exercise as a group and work on personal wellness goals. In addition, the wellness philosophy is an integral component of all programming. We encourage and foster an environment of healthy lifestyle choices on outings, in our dinner program, and in individual goal planning.
