Side By Side Works
Side By Side Works offers access to vocational rehabilitation experts, with proven track records of success in supporting individuals with various disabilities to find and maintain meaningful employment. The program includes:
* Intensive Career Development Support: This includes weekly one-on-one career consultation
meetings with a vocational rehabilitation specialist to focus on skill and interest assessment,
resume and cover letter creation, interviewing skills, job development activities to develop the
right job match, consultation with a new employer, assistance with time management and
scheduling, and more.
* Follow along Career Development Support: Once a client has secured employment, they may
benefit from ongoing consultation and support and participation in our vocational group
schedule.
