Ensuring Staff Excellence
At SBS superior staff quality is a must in providing exceptional care to its clients and their families. We understand the level of trust families place in our team, which is why we carefully select our employees based upon their education, level and type of experience, and demonstrated ability to form relationships with individuals with disabilities and their families. Before a potential staff member is hired, SBS conducts a thorough interview process, including a background check, to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients.

On a daily basis SBS supports and encourages members of the team to bring their skills and expertise to the next level by "thinking outside of the box" in order to assist clients in moving towards their highest potential.
